Stalking is a vital skill when hunting deer, and as the numbers of deer have grown considerably in this country, it is important that their numbers are kept under control.
Deer in large numbers can cause extensive damage to the environment and farmland. Keeping the deer population to sustainable numbers reduces the impact of the damage they can cause and will allow a healthy herd to live and thrive in their local habitat. The swathes of land that we stalk over are well-managed and we liaise with the landowners to ensure that the deer numbers remain at a healthy and stable number.

Venison is incredible meat. It is healthy and lean, it is sustainable and ethical. When we arrange stalking days with our customers, we always keep the end result in mind. We aim to use the entire deer. From the prime-cut steaks to delicious burgers for kid-friendly meals, venison has an incredible range of diversity from fine dining to lazy Sunday barbeques.
